An initial upfront fee of £200 is required before properties are sourced and presented. This confirms commitment and allows time to be dedicated to identifying suitable opportunities aligned with your criteria.
The remaining £1,300 is payable upon successful completion of the property purchase.
Optional add-ons are available, including accompanied viewings with video walkthrough and detailed reporting (£40), as well as maintenance and refurbishment organisation following completion (£350–£750 depending on scope of works).
